Volunteer for Eighth Grade EOY Celebration - May 18, 2026

***PARENTS***

Let's help our 8th Graders enjoy their End Of the Year Celebration! It’s also a chance for Parents of 6th and 7th Grade Students to learn more about this fun school tradition.

Monday, May 18th

2:30 - 4:30 p.m.

(shift times vary. Please review and select the volunteer shifts and donations options below, in the sign up area of this form)

 

Event Timeline - all times are approximate and each shift includes set up and clean up:
1:30: Set up in cafeteria (balloon arch, pizza, concessions). Set up outside games.
2:30: Assembly - Students will be called to the gym.
2:45-3:30: Fun and Games - Students can rotate through five stations at their leisure. 
3:45-4:00: Students will line up for pizza and beverages.
4-4:30: Students will be in the cafeteria eating, taking photos and signing yearbooks.
4:30: Clean up/Student pick up.

*** There will be some down time for volunteers at various points, depending on your selected area. When you are not needed at your area, please feel free to enjoy watching the kids!

 

*** Please note this celebration is for 8th Grade Students only. 6th and 7th Grade students are not allowed to stay after school or attend the celebration.
