On the forms below you can update your User Account information, volunteer, join PTA, purchase items and offer extra support by making a donation. All purchases can be made by using a debit or credit card through our secure online payment service. To see "all" forms, please FIRST login. Then, if this is your first time logging in for the current school year, or your first time logging in to our Hendrick PTA website, you MUST update your Parent & Student Information and Directory Preferences BEFORE any forms will appear. If you are a current Hendrick Parent and have an incoming 6th Grade Student be sure to add your new Student when updating your Parent and Student information.

Once you have TWO green check marks: a green check mark by Parent & Student Information and a green check mark by Directory Preferences you will be presented with "all" Volunteer and Order Forms.
